Before you claim the bundle.
Is it really $2,999 for both?
Yes. $2,999 covers the Econova all-in-one heat pump and the EcoPure whole-home filter, supplied and installed by our team. If your home needs anything unusual, we tell you in writing before you commit, never on install day.
What if I only want the heat pump?
No problem. We still supply and install heat pumps on their own. Pick "Just the heat pump" on the form and we will quote it.
What does the water filter actually do?
It filters the water where it enters your home, in three stages: a sediment filter, then two carbon filters. It cuts sediment, chlorine, bad taste and odour from every tap and shower. It is not a water softener.
Do I still need my water jug?
No. Every tap in the house is already filtered, so the jug and its monthly cartridges can go.
Melbourne water is already safe. Why filter it?
It is safe, and this is not about safety. It is about convenience and taste: less chlorine taste and smell from every tap and shower, with no jug to refill.
Will it affect my water pressure?
The EcoPure is rated for up to 60 litres a minute. We check your mains pressure before we fit it.
How often do the filters need changing?
Every 12 to 18 months. They swap out without tools.
Who does the installation?
Our own licensed plumbers and electricians. Not subcontractors.
